Bir binan\u0131n sars\u0131nt\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li olmas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca malzeme kalitesiyle de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda do\u011fru m\u00fchendislik hesaplamalar\u0131 ve d\u00fczenli denetimlerle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">G\u00fcvenli bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken baz\u0131 temel unsurlar bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir deprem \u00fclkesi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu unsurlara can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in dikkat etmek \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\">1. M\u00fchendislik ve Tasar\u0131m S\u00fcreci<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Depreme kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li yap\u0131lar\u0131n temelinde sa\u011flam bir m\u00fchendislik ve tasar\u0131m s\u00fcreci yatar. Her yap\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin deprem riskine g\u00f6re \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.
